In a garden seemingly bare and gray a gardener watering the few shrubs present. Suddenly these blossom and turn into a beautiful garden full of colorful flowers of every size and shape.
So begins the parade of Haute Couture Spring Summer Chanel, presented, as usual, at the Grand Palais in Paris.
This season Karl Lagerfeld studies the proportions of the classic Chanel suit, shortening the skirt or making wheel. No accessories, but only a large Victorian country style hat or cap with veil.
Other combination for daywear is also the classic jacket that is foreshortened and comes to the navel while the skirt extends below the knee.
