London Fashion Week is over, but from London’s catwalks an importante message is arrived: British Fashion is not dead, indeed, it showed all its talent and its true nature.
Tom Ford said that “London is one of the few cities where people still dress properly”, so goodbye to the old stereotype of “the British do not know how to dress”.
Mr Ford created clothes with instant sex appeal: Mirrored catwalk, the spotlight model, leathers as shiny and juicy looking as a prize conker, curve hugging, thigh grazing jewelled dresses refracting more light than the Hubble Space telescope, bondage shoes, impeccable black or white tuxedo pants and belted safari style jackets, plus a couple of highly convertible super chic black and white trenches

Just like during New York Fashion Week, white is is one of the dominant colors, especially for Erdem collection. The new silhouette is inspired by ’20 style, with white lace and sheer tulle the effect, a new kind of bride was on catwalk, i can say.

Pringle of Scotland |
For Massimo Nicosia, new creative director of Pringle of Scotland, this was the first collection with brand, his “Debutante Ball”, if you want.
Damonds are the basis for the collection, and the diamond shape was used throughout the collection from small lace-like stitched panels in leather bomber jackets to 3D beaded intarsia jumpers. But in spite of so much preciousness, the collection is extremely wearable; the iconic Pringle twin-set was revamped with sheer diamond mesh sleeves.
