Prada sceglie quattro personaggi del panorama cinematografico internazionale come protagonisti della sua campagna pubblicitaria uomo, per la prossima stagione P/E 2015.

Ritratti del fotografo Craig Mc Dean, tra Londra e New York, Ansel Elgot, Ethan Hawke, Jack O’ Connel, Miles Teller, inscenano una sorta di dibattito fotografico realizzato con primi piani di mani, volti e profili atti a creare un senso di mistero incuriosendo l’osservatore.

Le impunture sono il leitmotiv della collezione, realizzate in modi diversi, grandi, molto piccole ed in colori contrastanti con i tessuti.

L’ uso delle proporzioni e delle forme, evoca un mood seventies, riscontrabile anche negli oggetti d’uso quotidiano fotografati per esprimere i sentimenti presenti anche nelle cose.

Un coltello, un’arancia, un dado, un prisma, un compasso, una lente, un pendolo, vengono analizati minuziosamente per mostrare come gli oggetti perdano familiarità quanto più vengono osservati.

I giochi di bianco e nero, i tagli delle giacche, il dolce vita, mostrano un uomo semplice, elegante, anche nel quotidiano.

Portraits by the photographer Craig McDean, who has traveled between London and New York, include Ansel Elgot, Ethan Hawke, Jack O’Connel, and Miles Teller. He also staged a sort of debate photo made with close-ups of hands, faces and profiles designed to create a sense of the unknown .

The stitching is the motif of the collection, made in different ways, and is very small and in contrasting colors with the tissues.

The use of proportions and forms evokes a mood of the seventies, also found in everyday objects to express feelings that are also present in other things.

A knife, an orange, a nut, a prism, a compass, a lens, a pendulum, are minutely analyzed to show how objects lose familiarity as they are observed.

The play of black and white, the cuts of the jackets, the sweet life, show a simple yet very elegant man, even in everyday life.
