Sweetness, delicacy, sensuality. These three words describe the olfactory world recreated by the fashion house Reminiscence Paris.
Founded in 1970 by the creative and a bit ‘hippie’ Amaddeo Nino and Zoé Coste, the fashion house has always accompanied its historic production of jewelry with that of intoxicating perfume. Every fragrance was born from the experience of the artisan perfumers of Grasse, the legendary city of perfume on the Cote d ‘Azur, and the selection of the most precious natural essences.
The result of this meticulous work is the collection Les Notes Gourmandes, three women’s fragrances that are intense and enveloping, enclosed in an elegant packaging from the Rococo style.
This triptych of Delights opens with the romantic Dragée (92 €, 100 ml), or “candy”, eau de parfum with sweet and floral notes. The essence of Guatemalan cardamom and Italian mandarin are the top notes, while the heart notes are assigned to the flowers of almond and orange. They close the base notes cedar, vanilla and musk.
If Dragée evokes emotions of a love story, Guimauve (92 €, 100 ml) expresses the joy and vibrancy, through fresh top notes, among which prevail the Sicilian bergamot, Mandarin, French lavender and rosemary. The heart is a floral arrangement instead of neroli, jasmine and black pepper from Madagascar; base notes give the gourmand touch, with tonka beans in Brazil, patchouli, sandalwood and amber.
Fruity tenderness is that of the third fragrance of the collection, Heliotrope (92 €, 100ml). The essence of sweet fig opens the top notes, while valerian (“heliotrope” in fact) with almond, cedar and patchouli is the heart notes. Again do not miss the gourmand note at the bottom, with the vanilla, tonka beans and musk.
It is refined and exquisite fragrances, small beauty elixir for a novella and irreverent Marie Antoinette who likes to change and play with her femininity.
