Fashion 4 Developement è il progetto benefico per tutta l’umanità intrapreso da Vogue e i grandi capi di stato, infatti, anche il mondo della moda aiuterà il mondo a svilupparsi e a crescere in positivo. Questo progetto, per potersi sviluppare, viene supportato e guidato  dal Segretario generale delle Nazioni Unite Ban KI-Moon, “Every Woman Every Child”. L’obbiettivo di questo progetto è” stare meglio e stare meglio tutti”, e quindi, anche la moda si deve incentivare per raggiungere questo scopo.” È questo un settore che impiega ampiamente la manodopera femminile, quindi, non solo possiamo generare degli introiti economici, ma anche promuovere il senso di legittimazione delle donne e la parità tra i sessi” afferma Franca Sozzani che oggi è stata ospite d’onore presso la residenza dell’ambasciatore italiano all’ONU.
