Ieri, 31 gennaio 2012, Renato Balestra ha presentato una spettacolare collezione di Alta Moda.

Gli abiti esprimevano un romanticismo inaudito, le modelle erano bellissime, i tagli, classici ed eleganti, erano eccezionali. La collezione era un tributo alla couture italiana che, purtroppo, da un po’ di tempo, viene sminuita da quella francese. Renato Balestra, infatti, per salvaguardare l’Alta Moda italiana, ha pensato ad una donna che frequenta i grandi salotti, che vive una bella vita, ma, soprattutto, che è internazionale. È questa l’idea che ruota intorno a tutta la sfilata che, oltre ad essere nuova per un marchio classico qual è Renato Balestra, dà prestigio alla stessa Alta Moda italiana che necessita di internazionalità e di un pubblico più vasto per raggiungere il meritato riconoscimento.

The clothes were romantic, the models were beautiful, the cuts were gorgeous: the entire collection was a tribute to the Italian Haute Couture that, with the passing of the time, was belittled by the French couture. Renato Balestra, indeed, thought on an international woman: that’s the key idea of the entire collection that was new and fresh for a classic brand like Balestra. This collection gives prestige to the Italian couture that needs to be more international to be at the top of the fashion world.
