In 3 days will start Milan Fashion Week and MIME will be there.

In tre giorni incomincia la settimana della moda milanese e MIME sarà lì per voi.

I’m so curious to see what will happen during these days: the shows, the people, the parties and so on. We must imagine that Milan changes during the Week, because all the world comes to see the Italian Fashion and the Made in Italy. Every year, lot of brands reinvent themselves and create something magic for us costumers, for example, Gucci did, last year, an amazing woman’s spring fashion show. Milan Fashion Week is famous worldwide, because the Italian ready-to-wear, started with Giorgio Armani in the ’80, gave an worldwide impulse of modernisation: from now couture will be only for rich people and ready-to-wear for everyone. Before Milan’s Fashion Week there was Pitti in Florence that launched, in the Sixties, designers like Valentino Garavani. Now is Pitti not so exclusive like it was in the ’60, but, the beautiful thing, is that everyone can see what designers created for next season: it’s something for everyone that makes fashion not so exclusive like it’s in Milan. In Milan, if you are invited to presentations or shows you can go, if not, you can’t. Milan Fashion Week is only for a small group of people and that’s what makes this Week so fascinating, because YOU WANT TO BE THERE.

Sono così curioso di sapere che succederà nei giorni della fashion week milanese: le sfilate, la gente per strada, i party e tutto ciò che circonda questo evento. Bisogna immaginare che, Milano, durante la settimana della moda, cambia totalmente, perchè, da tutto il mondo, vengono a vedere la moda italiana e il Made in Italy. Ogni anno, infatti, molti marchi creano qualcosa di magico per i buyer, per esempio Gucci che, la scorsa settimana della moda, ha presentato un fantastico show. La settimana della moda milanese è famosa in tutto il mondo, perchè, il ready-to-wear italiano, incominciato con Giorgio Armani negli anni’80, ha dato al mondo una sferzata di modernità: da ora in poi l’alta moda sarà solo per i ricchi e il ready-to-wear per tutti. Prima della settimana della moda milanese c’era Pitti a Firenze che lanciò, negli anni ’50-’60, famosissimi stilisti, ad esempio, Valentino Garavani. Ora Pitti non è così esclusivo come lo era un tempo, però, la cosa bella di Pitti, è che ogniuno può vedere ciò che hanno creato gli stilisti per la prossima stagione: è una fiera che rende la moda per tutti e non così esclusiva come accade a Milano. A Milano, infatti, se sei invitato alle presentazioni o alle sfilate puoi andare, altrimenti no. La settimana della moda milanese è solo per pochi, ciò, a sua volta, rende la moda molto affascinante, perchè, anche TU VUOI ESSERE COME LORO.

Questa è una mia piccola riflessione sulla fashion week milanese, spero vi sia piaciuta.
