Londra è in fermento. Se tra pochi giorni partirà la London Men Fashion Week, la capitale britannica punta  il suo obiettivo sui giovani stilisti emergenti.Tra i tanti da tenere d’occhio, spicca sicuramente Vita Gottlieb, che lo scorso settembre ha destato l’interesse dei più con la sua collezione Primavera/Estate 2015.

Questo promettente talento proviene dalla Central Saint Martins MA Fine Art dove Vita si è laureata nel 2006. Il suo è uno stile ben preciso, caratterizzato da stampe a  mano e da una texture stratificata.

I tessuti impiegati nelle sue collezioni, specie in quella per la S/S 2015 presentata nella storica cornice della Freemasons Hall, assumono una valenza strategica in quanto utilizzati come veicoli di sensualità con il corpo femminile. Un tutt’uno strutturato che fluisce e accompagna i movimenti del corpo senza ostacolarli.

Le nuance tipiche della terra vengono interrotte da toni forti come il navy scuro o l’arancio brillante, elementi inaspettati di un quadro perfettamente armonizzati nel contesto in cui si trovano.

Un mood sofisticato accompagna la collezione della designer, con i suoi dettagli dalle linee pulite e la stratificazione onnipresente non interrompe la morbidezza e l’aspetto moderno e accattivante degli abiti leggeri, delle gonne e delle bluse.

Questo astro nascente della moda made in UK è atteso al banco di prova della prossima Fashion Week, ma non ci sono dubbi sul fatto che abbia la stoffa per lavorare tra i grandi.

London was restless. In a few days will start the London Men’s Fashion Week, and the British capital aims its lens on young designers who it seeks to promote in the fashion world. Among the many to watch, certainly stands Vita Gottlieb, who last September has aroused the interest of many with her Spring/Summer 2015 collection.

This promising talent comes out of Central Saint Martins MA Fine Art where she graduated in 2006, and has a specific style, characterized by the hand prints and a layered texture.

The fabrics used in her collections, especially in that for the S/S 2015 presented in the historic setting of the Freemasons Hall, assume a strategic value because they are used as vehicles of sensuality with the female body. A whole structure that flows and accompanies body movements without hindering them.

The nuances typical of the earth are interrupted by strong tones such as dark navy or bright orange, like an unexpected element of a framework but fits perfectly in the context in which it is located.

A sophisticated mood accompanies the collection of the designer, with details of clean lines, and ubiquitous stratification does not interrupt the smoothness and appearance of modern attractive light dresses, skirts, and blouses.

This rising star of fashion made in the UK is expected to test for the next Fashion Week, but there is no doubt that she has what it takes to work among the great.
