I think i say every friday the same thing: T.G.I.F! But after a busy week, it’s the only one thing in my mind. Today i want to share with you this new brand, directly from the east, from Seoul, Munsoon Kwon.
I really appreciate this collection because it includes two of my passions: fashion and football. I’m a Chelsea fan (please don’t hate me) and also Samu an Ale are fotball fans, i know that may seem strange girls passionate about football, but it is so.
For Spring Summer collection, 4th of MUNSOO KWON, designer took his inspiration from the world of football, the sport world’s most popular, recreating its aesthetics and values most beautiful and profound of the sport.
Just like a real team, players work together to reach a goal. The idea at the basis of the collection is one and simple: “BE A GOAL GETTER!”.
Outfits of players, coaches and referees are designed with a new look, and so appear patchwork shirts and casual seersucker, sweat suits. Crotch pants and asymmetric jacket in denim, eco leather jackets and high glossy long blouson: all the dresses help to create a mood sporty, casual, tres chic at the same time. Men also extremely stylish outfits from fashion sports.
The entire collection is moving within a wide palette of colors, from black, navy, ivory, and white to touch of colors with red, green, yellow, and gold.
As you can see, accessories like shoes ans socks are sponsored by Nike.
The collection, like the others of Munsoo Kwon, aims to make a change to menswear, respecting the concepts of impeccable fit and uniqueness. The signature of the brand is very original but very stylish: split-open details on the back and special pockets on shirts, all this to create a brand of originality.
A brand young, dynamic, able to interpret even something as common as football to create something new and unique.
A brand that the Team Landon will keep an eye out for must not be ignored and it will do much in the fashion world 😉
